Welcome
Attuned psychotherapy is passionate about helping recover from trauma. Our therapists seek to provide a nurturing environment where you can process painful experiences and explore your relationships with significant others. All humans need secure and loving relationships. Without them we become overwhelmed and our sense of
and ability to manage day to day life is diminished.
Our goal at Attuned Psychotherapy is to help you enjoy connection, discover your voice, and grow in your capacity to experience true and lasting

The Body Keeps the Score
Every person is created with value & purpose and is uniquely designed to enjoy to others. Often experiences impair our ability to feel safe in relationships, and alter our view of self & of our place in the world. are broken. Brains & bodies malfunction. The world is not predictable. Therapy provides an environment to these issues. The word psychotherapy is derived from the greek words which translated literally mean soul healing. At Attuned Psychotherapy we are honored to walk alongside souls who have experienced adversity as they
commit themselves to the journey of healing & recovery.

Group Therapy
Trauma Recovery
Process Group
This group begins with 10-15 weeks of structured skills building to prepare clients for discussing aspects of their trauma history and how it is affecting them in the present. The group then transitions to a less structured format and operates like a traditional process group. General goals for this group are to relieve shame, reduce isolation, promote mastery and empowerment, model healthy relationships, integrate traumatic experiences with factors of resiliency, and provide a sense of hope for the future.
